Using state-of-the-art portable data acquisition systems,
we capture dynamic field, customer site, and test specimen
response data. This data is reduced with analysis systems and
transformed into power spectral densities, shock response
spectra, and other defined units by way of various precision
engineering functions. The data may come from a shock,
vibration, or environmental events ranging from pyrotechnic,
mission life events, and mixed mode transportation.
Data acquisition equipment includes the complete
collection, signal conditioning, analyzers, display, download,
and print capable instrumentation required for data
import/export manipulation and reporting. Climatic testing
conditions can be simulated and monitored both on and off
site. Test stress conditions include temperature, humidity,
and altitude.
Data Recorders consist of Saver®, IST®, and Shockwriter®
units. These units are capable of measurements in shock,
vibration, temperature, and humidity analysis. Each unit is
designed for incorporation into product or package for field
analysis. Additionally, these data recorders are useful for
on-site environmental measurement.
Shock Analyzers are available for use of on site or field
data measurement. These Test Partner Shock Recorder Systems
are capable of acquiring and analyzing multiple shock input
and responses in a variety of shock pulse modes. Variable
shock response data ranging from high G, short duration
pyrotechnic to low G, low frequency seismic events may be
recorded using these devices.
Spectrum Analyzers are also on hand to aid in the
acquisition and interpretation of field data. This recorded
data from interior or exterior sources may be measured and
analyzed in defined engineering units.
On Site Laboratory test equipment exists at APT to provide
a wide range of mechanical shock and vibration, as well as,
environmental tests on products and packaging. Each test
machine has full computer control and data acquisition
capabilities. Specification testing and mechanical evaluations
are precisely conducted within specified guidelines. Test
specimens can be monitored for response to various stimuli
during testing. Our computerized systems actively record test
data from sensors, probes, and accelerometers. Once the
testing has been completed, the results can be downloaded for
analysis and printed for hard-copy reference. |
